I couldn’t agree more about the significance of local cuisine in experiencing a new place. St. Louis’s culinary scene, from toasted ravioli to gooey butter cake, is indeed a savory adventure for food lovers. And the mention of Ted Drewes’ frozen custard is making my mouth water!
